This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will Manage the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) department, guide and develop your team, and contribute directly to the dealership’s strategic direction.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Build robust, lasting customer relationships.
- Support sales teams by assisting with negotiations, closing deals and maximizing every opportunity.
- Present and offer finance and insurance options through our trusted partners clearly, accurately, and professionally.
- Manage end-to-end finance deals—from application to settlement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the F&I; team by providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance development.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Oversee daily F&I; operations while implementing and monitoring processes to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and profitability.
- Prepare quarterly F&I; budgets and complete monthly reviews of performance against targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance penetration, insurance sales, and overall departmental results.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership group to align with business plans and dealership growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager.
- Strong understanding of lender platforms, compliance frameworks and deal structuring.
- Exceptional communication and relationship skills—professional, confident and customer-focused.
- High attention to detail, strong accuracy and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and consistently exceed targets.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Previous leadership experience advantageous, but not essential
