Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor - McCauley Williamstown
McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy is the unique and highly successful "One Stop Health and Beauty Shop", a leading Irish‑owned pharmacy chain with 35 branches nationwide and 500 colleagues.
We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to work in our Pharmacy in Williamstown . This is a part time, permanent contract.
As a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor you will be responsible for taking care of the OTC counter and shop floor sales and be the main point of contact for our valued customers.
Skills
Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community pharmacy with excellent product knowledge.
Robust communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of different personalities.
Valuable prioritising, multi‑tasking and organisational skills.
Confidential and empathetic to customer needs.
Robust work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high level of customer service and adhere to company policies and ethos.
Offer customers exceptional assistance.
Ensure the pharmacy is properly merchandised, kept clean and tidy, and stock levels are maintained correctly.
Handle cash and perform stock rotation.
