Busy Bees at Belmont is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). This is a meaningful opportunity to support children with diverse needs and ensure every child can participate fully in our program.

About the Role
As our Inclusion Support Educator, you will work closely with the room team, Centre Director, and families to ensure children receive the individualised care and educational support they require. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing targeted support to children with additional needs to ensure full participation
- Working collaboratively with educators, allied health professionals, and families
- Supporting high-quality, inclusive play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
- Assisting with observations, documentation, and implementation of Individual Learning Plans
- Contributing to a nurturing, respectful, and safe learning environment
- Promoting belonging, confidence, and positive outcomes for every child
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience supporting children with diverse developmental or behavioural needs (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of inclusive practices, EYLF, and NQS
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A warm, patient,
and empathetic approach to supporting children and families
