About the Role
As an Educator at Busy Bees at Belmont, you will:
- Support the delivery of play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to planning, documentation, and daily routines
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively to uphold the National Quality Standards
- Bring initiative, creativity, and professionalism to your room each day
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience working with children across different age groups
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and care
