Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site Property Manager role, based in Redcliffe, QLD. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day property operations, building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting property inspections, managing lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for properties under management.
Qualifications
Property management expertise, including landlord‑tenant relations and lease agreements
Robust organizational, time management, and property inspection skills
Knowledge of property compliance, regulatory requirements, and maintenance coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Problem‑solving and conflict resolution experience
Proficiency in property management software and general IT skills
Customer service orientation to ensure positive relationships with landlords and tenants
A valid real estate or property management license is preferred
Relevant experience in property management or a related field is an advantage
