- A proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the Visitor Economy, with an established network of industry contacts.
- Previous experience in business development, tourism, hospitality, or membership engagement, including working toward activity targets or KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and confidence in managing engagement data.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in tourism, business, or a related field (desirable).
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong organisational and project-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for the Gold Coast and its future.
