Assistant Centre Manager – Eden Academy
Join our team at Eden Academy Isle of Capri. Our child‑safe organisation is committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. We operate from 7am to 6pm, providing a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open‑plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age‑appropriate resources. Our indoor and outdoor play areas support 88 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
About You
- Lead with passion to deliver high‑quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children’s independence and growth
- Showcase robust organisation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education
- Build strong connections with families and the community
What You’ll Bring
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Maintain a current Working with Children Check
- Possess Australian Working Right
- Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
- Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
- Contribute to a team‑first attitude and a positive environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
