Jewellery Buyer & Sales Assistant $70,000 – $85,000 per year plus bonuses Location: Southport | Full-time 38 hrs per week | Monday to Saturday Availability

We're currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Full Time Jewellery Buyer & Sales Assistant to join our team.
Your Role
This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Buying and providing loans on gold jewellery
- Selling jewellery using excellent interpersonal and selling skills
- Photographing jewellery for promotional and sales purposes
- Managing and updating our website and social media platforms
- Assisting with marketing activities including Google Ads and customer database management
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and long‑term business goals
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy, and eager to grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years of face‑to‑face sales experience
- A friendly,
approachable personality and a positive attitude
- Australian work rights or valid visa to work in Australia
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
- A desire for long‑term involvement in a growing business
- An honest, dependable, and professional approach to work
- The flexibility and motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing setting
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in jewellery buying or retail sales
- Skills in photography, marketing, website management, and/or social media
