We are seeking a motivated, detail-focused and proactive Growth & Education Coordinator to join our Box Hill office full time.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Head of Growth, In this dynamic role, you will be working closely with our Clinical Directors, Growth and Education teams to support national expansion and clinical excellence. Your responsibilities include:
Growth Support
- Assist with new site setups including stock ordering, room organisation and onboarding.
- Support clinic openings with logistics, timelines and rollout checklists.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth launches.
Education & Training
- Assist in delivering high-quality internal and external education events.
- Coordinate administration, travel, registrations, catering and onsite logistics.
- Support hands-on training with clinicians and dental assistants.
- Assist with compliance, audits and education material preparation.
Business & Operations Support
- Reporting and documentation across growth, operations and education.
- Developing professional networks, liaising with external clinicians / suppliers so to enhance brand awareness and business growth across Australia and NZ
- Help streamline systems and processes across clinics.
- Ensure consistency, standards and quality across teams.
Travel Requirements
This role involves some interstate travel for:
- Education courses
- New clinic launches
- National training days
- Team events and development sessions
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Dental Assistant with strong clinical knowledge (Cert III or IV highly regarded).
- Passionate about growth, education, people and dentistry.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable travelling and representing the business at events.
- A strong communicator/negotiator who loves working collaboratively.
