The Harvey Norman team is seeking a **highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Manager** to lead and streamline operational processes while delivering **Great Service, Always!**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage freight and coordinate online sale deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding faulty product returns and resolutions
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of stock movements and logistics
- Maintain operational standards and support team performance
- Implement and monitor processes for continuous improvement
