Our client isn’t your typical dine‑in restaurant. Their concept is fast, fresh and built around share‑style menus that are perfect for groups looking for a casual, friendly dining experience.
We’re on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team at one of their busy Gold Coast locations. Your responsibilities will span all areas of restaurant operations, including P&L; management, shift oversight, performance management, recruitment and training.
The restaurant trades 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, driven by strong local demand and a loyal customer base, so you’ll be joining a venue that’s already thriving.

Who we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience as Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment
- A leader who’s passionate about building great teams and delivering standout customer experiences
- Someone excited to be part of a brand’s growth journey and take on bigger leadership opportunities
- Confident handling P&L;, budgets, and the day‑to‑day challenges of a busy restaurant
- Calm, solutions‑focused, and proactive under pressure
