The Harvey Norman team is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Manager to lead and streamline operational processes while delivering Great Service, Always!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage freight and coordinate online sale deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding faulty product returns and resolutions
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of stock movements and logistics
- Maintain operational standards and support team performance
- Implement and monitor processes for continuous improvement
To be successful you must:
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Have a basic knowledge of technology and systems used in retail operations
- Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment and leading by example
