As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**About Goodstart Jindalee**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Jindalee is a suburban centre located on Burrendah Road in Jindalee. Our centre is within walking distance of the local primary and high schools, the local pool and local shops.
Our child care centre is licenced for 74 children and we currently have five classrooms ranging from six weeks through to five years - in rooms from Nursery to Kindergarten.
Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. We have a very large shaded playground for our children to explore and challenge their skills and development with partly covered sandpit, vege patches, worm farms, bark pits, swings and climbing equipment, native bee hives, chook pens, a bush food garden, bike track, decks, and a rock water area.
Our friendly,



dedicated team of educators have been employed at our centre from three years to 20 years. All educators hold, or are currently studying, various qualifications to meet regulatory requirements and to grow their skills. Our educators hold Blue Cards and have current First Aid and CPR certificates. Our centre is air-conditioned throughout for the winter and summer months, making it a comfortable learning environment for the children.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Queensland Working with Children Check
