You - Strong retail experience and customer service skills, passionate about sales and meeting KPIs - Determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations - Analytical and able to identify store opportunities - Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear, managing a team of more than 5 - Minimum 2 years of management experience for Store Manager - Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment - Proven history of training and developing team members and ability to lead, motivate and inspire - Ability to performance manage,
