**About the Role**
As our Non-Clinical **Veterinary Administration Manager**, you’ll lead and support our veterinary team, ensuring they feel empowered, engaged, and equipped to deliver gold-standard care.



You’ll work closely with the Hospital Director and Practice Leadership Team to foster a thriving workplace culture and drive strategic initiatives.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and coaching the veterinary team to build capability and engagement.
- Driving change initiatives with tact and transparency, ensuring psychological safety.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
- Overseeing rostering and resource allocation to optimise team performance.
- Collaborating on financial planning and reporting for the veterinary team.
- Championing open communication and conflict mediation across all levels.
