About You
As an English Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- demonstrated ability and qualifications to teach English to Stage 6
- experience leading debating and public speaking,
with the ability to teach an additional subject such as Drama will be advantageous
- strong use of formative and summative assessment to drive student progress
- a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning goals and providing constructive feedback
- commitment to supporting an inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment
- excellent classroom management skills with a focus on student wellbeing
- confidence integrating technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
