I’m looking for someone who lives in a suburb near the CBD and has a parking spot available (street parking is fine), or someone who can travel to Kensington, where the car is currently located.
When the car isn’t rented, it will need to be parked either with you or in Kensington. The tasks required are straightforward: take photos after each rental, and occasionally vacuum and wash the car if needed.
You must have a valid driver’s license and either live in an area with free parking near the CBD or be able to travel to Kensington.
The car is usually rented for a minimum of one week at a time. You’ll always have 24 hours to complete the task, and I’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
The pay is $30 for each check-out, with an additional $30 if vacuuming and washing are required. The task typically takes 5 minutes without cleaning, and about 20 minutes if cleaning is needed.
