ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Finance and Operations or CRM) based in Sydney Olympic Park

A full-time position as an ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) is available for an immediate start due to the company’s exponential growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their experience in software consultancy and their passion for business software solution services with an industry leader.
The duties and responsibilities of the position of ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) will include the following:
· Functional and/or technical consulting in Microsoft Business Central, Finance and Operations or CRM systems undertaking the scope of customer requirements, creating functional requirement documents
· Configuring the software by the end-user requirements
· Identifying process inefficiencies, recommending improvements and deploying solutions to ensure system improvements and integrity
· Handling modifications and customisations based on the customer’s specifications
· Using data modelling techniques to conceive system specifications for the design and development of software
· Conducting training and creating user-training documentation
· Documenting system specifications to act as the principal information reservoir for future design, development, and up-gradation of software
· Undertaking pre-sale demonstrations The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) and at least 1.5 years of experience in Business Central, Finance and Operations or CRM.
The salary for this position is $80,500.00 plus superannuation.
The successful candidate should also understand how systems will meet a customer's strategic objectives and demonstrate this to their organisation’s decision-makers. The candidate should be self-motivated and customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail is important in the role.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a self-starter, skilled at implementing solutions and experienced in support. The candidate must be hard-working, organised, creative and passionate about working in a team environment.
The candidate will be employed at Suite 1.03, Level 1, Quad 1, 8 Parkview Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127. We have a good team setting here in Sydney Olympic Park.
