With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for skilled and motivated formworkers to join us.

**The Role**:
We are seeking experienced Formworkers to assist in the construction of complex formwork systems for basement and concrete structures. You will be working closely with a team of skilled tradespeople on a variety of projects throughout Melbourne. Our head quarters is located in Williamstown North.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete structures (slabs, columns, walls, beams, etc.)
- Interpret construction drawings and plans
- Ensure formwork meets quality and safety standards




- Collaborate with concreters, steel fixers, and other site personnel
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to all OH&S; policies and procedures

**About You**:

- Proven experience in formwork, preferably in basement or structural concrete projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated experience
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Robust work ethic and attention to detail
- Must have drivers licence and vehicle

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
