**Job Title**: Device Testing Assistant
**Location**: Williamstown North VIC 3016

**About the Role**:
We're on a mission to give refurbished devices a second chance. We're looking for a Device Tester who's into tech, cares about the planet to join the adventure. Work closely with our founders (they're cool, promise) and be part of a young, energetic, sustainability-focused team that actually has fun while saving the planet.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test and check devices (e.g. laptops, phones, tablets) to make sure they're ready for their next owner
- Perform secure resets and data erasures, following company protocols and assisted by AI tools
- Accurately label and safely pack devices for resale or shipping
- Report any device issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the operations lead
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces
- Ensure all tasks are completed with integrity and consistency

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with factory reset and device testing procedures (training provided)




- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to a structured workflow
- Self-disciplined, punctual, and honest
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work with LLM-based support tools (no coding required)
- Able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $26 - $30 per hour

Monday - Friday (Morning to Evening)
