Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) assists 29 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools located throughout Regional NSW, to maximise student learning, growth and development.

CEDWW staff are responsible for providing on‑going operational guidance and administrative assistance across the areas of Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing and Diverse Learning, Evangelisation and Religious Education, School and System Improvement, Finance and Resources, Information and Communication Technologies and People and Culture services.

Your New Role

The Administration Officer is responsible for the delivery of professional, customer‑centric quality service and a positive, warm and skilled first encounter with key stakeholders. The smooth operation of office requirements is also a main function of the role, including hospitality, pool vehicles, travel and accommodation, meeting room management and other administrative tasks that support office operations.

Essential Criteria

- 2 years experience in a similar customer‑facing role
- Qualifications relevant to the role, e.g. Business Administration highly desirable
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current National Criminal History Check (organised by Employer)

Skills And Experience

- Administrative experience relevant to the role,



including proficiency in the use of relevant software packages.
- Highly developed communication (oral and written) and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective time‑management skills to work independently, with the ability to contribute as a positive member of a collaborative team.
- Proven ability to produce documents and correspondence, and maintain records and systems that include excellent detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to change and be open to upskilling and further development.
- Accreditation for Support Staff (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willingness to achieve.
