We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Toowoomba location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality skilled to become part of a growing business that values quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Inspecting food items to ensure freshness and quality





● Controlling temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment

● Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes

● Adding seasoning to food during the cooking process

● Portioning meals, plating, and adding sauces, gravies, and garnishes

● Storing food in appropriate temperature-controlled environments

● Preparing meals to accommodate special dietary needs

● Assisting in menu planning and estimating food requirements

● Supporting the training of kitchen staff and apprentices

ATTRIBUTES:

● Minimum of 1 year trade qualification is required as a Cook,

● Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,

● Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the kitchen.

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Schedule: 8 hours shift

Ability to commute/relocate: location: Toowoomba, QLD Australia. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Experience: At least 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $77000 to 80000 annually + superannuation

Work authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
