**Job Title: Restaurant Manager at Zambrero Red Edge**

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated, and dynamic **Restaurant Manager** to lead the team at our new store Zambrero Red Edge. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive work environment for your team. Your leadership will ensure that the store operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and maintains our high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff to provide exceptional service and ensure the highest food standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for both guests and staff.
- Manage budgets, track financials, and implement cost control measures to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and upholding Zambrero’s brand values.
- Promote a positive team culture and encourage staff development and progression.




- Develop strategies to increase store sales, foot traffic, and customer loyalty.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
- A strong understanding of food safety, health regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on achieving business goals.
