Koozi is looking for a highly creative, proactive Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our brand across social media, content and creative campaigns.

We're a rapidly growing design-led furniture and homewares brand for people with pets, creating pieces that are thoughtfully designed to integrate beautifully into the home.

This role is ideal for someone with strong visual taste who loves creating elevated lifestyle and interiors content and understands what resonates across Instagram and TikTok.

You'll work closely with our co-founder and creative director to bring ideas to life across organic social, paid advertising, product launches and campaigns.

Type: Part time / Freelance Contract Role approximately 8 - 16 hours per week

What you'll do

- Plan and execute monthly content ideas across organic social media and paid advertising
- Capture content using both iPhone and camera across product, lifestyle and founder-led formats
- Coordinate bi-monthly content shoots, including shoot logistics and planning
- Edit raw footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and Meta ads
- Coordinate UGC creator and model outreach, selection and communication
- Support the growth of Koozi's social presence through creative, engaging content
- Create supporting creative assets for EDMs, product launches and ad campaigns
- Work closely with the co-founder and creative director to bring creative concepts to life
- Bring fresh ideas,



trends and creative opportunities to the table

Location

- Applicants must be based in Sydney, the Illawarra or the Southern Highlands and be comfortable with occasional travel for shoot days.
- Mostly remote with weekly virtual catch-ups
- Bi-weekly in-person catchups and content shoot days
- The role will involve 2 to 4 in-person content shoot days per month, which may take place at studio locations around Sydney or at the office in Bowral (Southern Highlands), depending on the content being created.
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Requirements

- 1 years' experience in content creation, social media or marketing, ideally within e-commerce, DTC brands
- Strong understanding of short-form video content, including hooks, retention and conversion-focused creative
- Experience shooting and editing content for both organic social media and paid advertising
- Strong visual taste, with an appreciation for elevated aesthetics, interiors and lifestyle brands
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, growing business
