Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with proven expertise in basement and substructure construction. The ideal candidate will oversee in office operations, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet our rigorous standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site construction activities.
Coordinate and manage site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Oversee excavation, waterproofing, and structural works for basement projects.
Track progress, prepare reports,



and communicate updates to project management.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Solve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction supervision.
Proven experience with basement or substructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and construction safety certifications preferred.
