We are looking for a committed Coordinator to help inspire children at our Mayfield West OSHC services. **About your new role**
- You will design and deliver a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service following Y values
- You will oversee a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging programs following My Time Our Place Volume II principals
- You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Y NSW families, schools, and charity partners to turn the Y’s global mission into local action
- You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth
- You will be able to follow our development pathway to learn new skills and build your career

- Proficient in the use of technology and systems, such as Teams, Outlook and Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office, and internal management platforms
- Strong people manager
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Experience of and commitment to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children
- Experience leading others
- Ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day
- Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours
**Qualifications**
- A Diploma in Children's Services
- Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (mandatory)
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR
- Police Check (paid for by the Y)

**Childcare Services**
Our Children Services Team are the passionate leaders giving developing young minds the chance to learn, grow and have fun outside of school. Across 47 schools in NSW, our team of OSHC Educators and Coordinators provide before and after school (and school holiday) care that’s dedicated to the safety and development of young children. Every day, the team facilitate and run a range of valuable programs and activities that include sport, creative arts, cooking - and many more. These roles work closely with children, parents and teachers alike, to provide meaningful opportunities for young people within a healthy, secure and inclusive environment.
