About the opportunity

We're on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Scullery Attendant to be the heart of our busy Catering team at Wests Mayfield. In this behind-the-scenes role, you'll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly across our Bistro and Texas BBQ Grill.

What you'll be doing

As a Scullery Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our back-of-house areas. Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Cleaning crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
- Clearing and cleaning tables when needed
- Maintaining clean and protected work areas
- Assisting with service set-up and pack down
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Ensuring all waste is disposed of appropriately

This role requires flexibility to work split shifts across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, with good availability on Fridays, weekends, and throughout the week.

About you

- You're reliable, hardworking, and take pride in doing a job well. You thrive in a team environment and can stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Experience in a similar role - whether in a café, restaurant, or fast-food environment is desirable, but what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
