St Peter’s is a growing, Bible-based Anglican Church in the Weston Creek-Molonglo region of Canberra, part of the Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn.

We are seeking a church planter to lead the foundation of a recent congregation in the Molonglo Valley—Canberra's fastest growing region.

The role begins in January 2026, with a one-year residency at St Peter’s, to pray and plan for the launch of the church, gather a launch team, build relationships and develop skills. Public church services will likely start in late 2026 or early 2027. The congregation will meet at Stromlo Forest Anglican College in Wright.
- be a mature and wholehearted disciple of the Lord Jesus




- have Bachelor-level theological qualifications (or in the final year of attaining such qualifications in 2025)
- be an ordained Anglican, or willing to join the ordination process of the Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn
- have a demonstrated ability as a Christian leader and teacher of God's word.
