XCircle Pty Ltd XCircle – Advanced Manufacturing XCircle is rapidly expanding its Wangara manufacturing facility to meet growing demand for modular critical power infrastructure and AI data centre solutions. We are seeking multiple experienced Press Brake Operators / Benders to join our fabrication team on a full-time ongoing basis. The Role

As a skilled Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, programming and operating press brake machines to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal components for our power transfer units and enclosures. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate and program CNC/hydraulic press brake machines to bend, fold and form sheet metal to engineering drawings and specifications Read and interpret technical drawings, production orders and specifications Select appropriate tooling and perform machine setups for each job Input and adjust programs using the press brake controller Monitor operations and conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on press brake equipment Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines and quality standards Maintain a safe,



clean and organised work area Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience operating and programming press brake machines in a sheet metal or fabrication environment (CNC experience highly regarded) Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Competent in machine setup, tooling selection and controller programming

Good mathematical and measurement skills High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Trade qualification or equivalent experience in metal fabrication is advantageous What
