**Overview**:
The small blacksmith shop founded by Valentin and Elisa Tramontina in 1911, in southern Brazil, has given rise to a group that now comprises 9 manufacturing units of kitchenware and maintains its century-old vocation of enchanting with simple gestures.

We are looking for a Sales Analyst (Information and Organisation Professionals nec) to join the team! In this role, you will help the business to understand their market position, customer behavior, and factors influencing sales performance. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Seven Hills, NSW.

**Main tasks**
- Analysing sales data to identify trends to support sales teams.
- Developing and maintaing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators for sales.
- Using multiple sale data sources - SAP Business One, Qlickview, Trade Gecko/Quickbook compiling historical prices, sales per sku, sales per factory, freight costs, lead times and inventory data - for forecasting and performance analysis.
- Supporting the development and measurement of KPIs.
- Supporting the commercial team in reviewing sales forecasts, identifying risk & opportunity items, helping senior leaders making better decisions.
- Analysing competition for the homeware, hand tools and agriculture tools segment, customer and market activity covering all the Pacific Islands.
- Preparing sales quotations, submissions and proposals for all clients of the Pacific Islands.




- Identifying pricing strategies for complex sales proposals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional team and build lasting relationships to improve processes and support sales growth.

**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

**Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge**
- Skill in identifying and solving complex problems related to sales performance and market dynamics.
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of business principles and market dynamics
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Annual salary will be between $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
