Come join our Seven Hills team! We need a reliable factory hand to help us make artificial grass. If you're a team player who can follow instructions and likes hands-on work, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time role with job-specific training provided.
**Your Daily Work Will Involve**:
- **Operating machinery**: Running the tufting and coating lines.
- **Manual tasks**: Loading material creels (around 8kg), moving up/down one flight of stairs.
- **Quality control**: Checking turf quality, colours, and keeping straightforward records (roll numbers/batches).
- **Warehousing duties**: Managing raw materials and potentially using forklifts (if you have a license, that's a bonus!).
- **Safety first**:
Following all our site safety rules.
**What You Need to Bring**:
- **Experience**: Prior work in a factory or warehouse setting is a must.
- **Skills**: Good attention to detail (especially with colours), basic communication skills.
- **Attitude**: Punctual, reliable, and ready to be a dedicated team member.
- **Flexibility**: Able to adapt as production needs change.
