Retail Sales Team – New Cosmetic Store Opening | Melrose Park Shopping Centre
Full-time | Part-time | Casual Opportunities Available La Cosmetique is a leading Australian-Korean beauty retailer and distributor, offering a wide range of high-quality K-beauty products across Australia. We are passionate about helping our customers look and feel their best through expert advice, personalised service, and the latest beauty trends.
As we prepare for the opening of our new store at Melrose Park Shopping Centre, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join us.
About the Role
As a Beauty Advisor / Sales Team Member, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover products that suit their individual skincare and beauty needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty and skincare consultations
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications where appropriate
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all brands and categories
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
About You
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or a customer service role
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and K-beauty trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in providing skincare recommendations and product advice
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
- Beauty qualification or certification is highly regarded but not essential
- Korean and English language skills are preferred
