Retail Assistant - Central Cleaning Supplies (Melrose Park, Adelaide)

Central Cleaning Supplies, a market leader in the cleaning and hygiene industry for over 30 years, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at our Melrose Park store in Adelaide.

The Role:
As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to walk-in and phone customers, assisting with stock control, and ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product selection and enquiries
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are well presented
Provide informed advice on a wide range of products
Assist with receiving deliveries and stock handling
Maintain a clean and secure retail environment

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a rotating weekly roster:
Week 1: Monday to Friday,



8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday off)
Every second Saturday required:
No Sundays or Public Holidays

About You:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Interest or experience in cleaning or industrial supplies is an advantage

Location:
Melrose Park, SA - with on-site parking and easy access
