We are currently searching for an autonomous, reliable, and licensed Plumber (General) to join our growing field operations team.Key Tasks & On-Site DutiesWorking on a diverse mix of premium residential maintenance, commercial fit-outs, and local tier-2 construction projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- System Design & Layout Planning: Reviewing blueprints, building diagrams, and architectural specifications to map out efficient layouts for complex piping, drainage paths, and material requirements.
- Water System Infrastructure: Setting up, routing, and installing comprehensive hot and cold water delivery systems, including pressure pumps, filtration units, and properties' boundary connection networks.
- Sanitary Plumbing & Fixtures: Designing and configuring internal sanitary plumbing setups, including the fabrication and positioning of wastewater soil stacks, discharge lines, and the final fit-off of high-end commercial and domestic amenities.
- Gas & Appliance Integration: Installing, testing, and servicing copper gas piping systems downstream of billing meters, alongside the careful installation and testing of gas appliances, regulators, and accompanying flue runs.
- Drainage & Effluent Routing:



Excavating and installing below-ground drainage networks, stormwater systems, and wastewater management equipment, ensuring proper fall ratios and ground support alignment.
- Roofing & Rainwater Solutions: Installing and repairing metal roof sheeting, valleys, flashings, downpipes, and commercial guttering grids to ensure complete structural water integrity.
- Testing & Diagnostic Fault-Finding: Utilizing advanced pressure-testing equipment to check line integrity, isolate system blocks, locate structural leaks, and carry out emergency infrastructure repairs in strict accordance with VBA (Victoria Building Authority) regulations.

Selection Criteria

- A recognized qualification in Plumbing (AQF Certificate III or equivalent) and a valid Victorian plumbing registration/license or a Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Proven experience working across residential maintenance, commercial upgrades, or new builds.
- Sound ability to accurately interpret technical schematics, architectural plans, and structural plumbing specifications independently.
- Excellent customer service skills and a clear track record of working cleanly, safely, and efficiently on-site.
- A clean, valid Australian driver's license.
