Carvera Group invites an ambitious, driven individual to take on the role of our Project Sales Consultant based in our Hawthorn East office.

The Role

This Full time role will be based in Hawthorn East and get you out within your region networking with local collaborators and clientele. We take a unique approach to off plan property marketing which emphasises personal branding and social presence. Working closely with the Sales Director you will be responsible for H&L; and New Home sales within the South East Melbourne Region.





This role has a base salary with higher than industry average commissions plus quarterly bonus and allowances on top.

Desired Attributes
- Self-motivated individual with the capability of working independently.
- Proven ability to generate leads through proactive outreach.
- 2+ years experience within the new home/ project sales industry - Familiarity with build processes and regulatory requirements - Essential
