Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 7AM - 3PM

$35.50 per hour + OT + Super

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a leading cold storage and logistics operation based in Ormeau. This is a quick-paced role working in a temperature-controlled environment, where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are key.

You’ll play an significant role in ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
Working in cold storage environments (-18°C to 0°C)
Manual handling and stock replenishment
Maintaining accuracy and meeting daily pick targets
Following strict safety and hygiene procedures




Keeping work areas clean and organised

About You
Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order fulfilment experience
Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer conditions)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Own reliable transport- Required as will be 2 weeks of training in Acacia Ridge
