We’re seeking reliable Pick Packers for a cold storage facility in Ormeau, working Monday-Friday 6AM - 2PM or 1PM - 9PM . This role involves RF scanning, order picking, and working in freezer conditions, with a solid focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting daily targets. Multiple positions available!

Cold Storage Pick Packers - Day & Afternoon shifts

Ormeau, QLD

Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 6AM - 2:00PM | Afternoon Shift| 1:30PM - 9PM

$34.50+ per hour + OT + Super

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a leading cold storage and logistics operation based in Ormeau. This is a fast-paced role working in a temperature-controlled environment, where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are key.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
- Working in cold storage environments (-18°C to 0°C)
- Manual handling and stock replenishment
- Maintaining accuracy and meeting daily pick targets
- Following strict safety and hygiene procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised

About You





- Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order fulfilment experience
- Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer conditions)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Own reliable transport- Required as will be 2 weeks of training in Acacia Ridge
- Full Australian working rights
- Forklift license not essential but highly regarded
