, Clinical Services Manager - Medico-Legal Services
Lead operations, drive growth, and shape quality in a nationally recognised medical services provider.

IIME is a global leader in providing expert medical opinions on medico-legal and insurance matters, affiliated with the renown Altius Group. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Medical Services Manager to join our Victorian-based team in Hawthorn East.

In this full time, office-based role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and exceptional organisational skills to oversee the day-to-day management of the Medical Law team, ensuring that the right experts are engaged for each case and that high-quality, timely reports are delivered. You will also play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including lawyers and medical professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:




Managing the daily operations of the Medical-law team including staff training and performance
Leading recruitment and coordination of medical experts for medico-legal opinions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, specialists, and stakeholders
Ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance of expert reports

To be successful, you will have:
A law background or health qualification with current registration with a professional body (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Paramedicine).
Robust knowledge of medical terminology.
Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
