The opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to develop policy and strategic system direction in inclusive educational practices, as well as design qualified learning and resources. As a valued member of the Education Services (ES) team, you will provide expert advice on inclusive teaching practices within TCSO and schools, based on contemporary research, system and school data, and through professional relationships with relevant experts and associations. This role will also see you design and develop a range of professional learning and classroom resources to support inclusive teaching practices.

Please note this role will require regular travel to a range of schools across the Diocese, including overnight stays.

About You

- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.

- Understanding of inclusive educational practices, with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical, evidence-informed support for classroom teachers.

- Ability to travel regularly to a range of schools across the Diocese, including overnight stays.

- Experience in differentiated planning, teaching and assessing, providing curriculum access and a sense of belonging for all students.





- Commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment.

- Hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland.
