As an **Assistant Educator**, you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. As a **Casual Relief Educator**, you’ll step into a our Services to support vibrant, safe, and inspiring learning environments where children feel a sense of belonging. Working on call you’ll build meaningful relationships with children, families, and our teams—bringing flexibility, positivity, and a collaborative spirit wherever you go.

Our **Lead Educators** take on a mentoring role, working closely with the Leadership Team and guiding Assistant Educators to deliver rich, meaningful programs that support every child’s growth and development. You’ll also be responsible for documenting children’s learning, routines, and interests while ensuring daily practices meet all compliance requirements.

**What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards**:

- **Proven experience in being a room leader in a early childhood education setting**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
