Balmain Bowling Club is part of the St Johns Park Bowling Club Group located in Inner West Sydney suburb of Balmain.
**Main responsibilities are but not limited to**:
- Ensuring all front of house and operational areas of the Club run seamlessly ensuring areas are sufficiently staffed.
- Supervision and co-ordination of a small team in the club
- Finding solutions to customer issues and provide direction to staff as required
- Monitoring compliance with all legislative requirements and Club policies
- Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained at an optimum level
- Accountability of balancing and reconciliation of safe in areas of Tab, Keno, Poker Machine, Bar, Bistro etc.
- Stocktake and ordering of stock from suppliers when required
- Responsibility for locking and securing the Club premises when required.
- Hospitality experience
- This role would suit someone who is looking to take the next steps into a Supervisor role.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to solve problems accurately and efficiently
- Flexible availability Thursday to Sunday
- Current RSA & RCG competency card (essential)
- TAB Corp basics (preferred)
- A solid work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously;
The Clubs current trading hours are:
Monday to Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $36.09 - $50.52 per hour
