- Salary: HPA Level 2 (commensurate with experience) + super + generous salary packaging benefits up to $18,550

Its purpose is to provide wrap-around, recovery-oriented support for people experiencing mental health concerns, along with their families and carers. By integrating services in a central and engaging space, LikeMind ensures consumers receive holistic care tailored to their mental, physical and psychosocial needs.
Formally commencing in September 2025, LikeMind has transitioned to an amended service delivery model consisting of a closer partnership with NBMLHD and WSLHD. LikeMind in Western Sydney may only accept referrals from NBMLHD or WSLHD.
**Role Overview**:
The Clinician role is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team. The role involves the provision of comprehensive, evidence-based clinical case management, psychological and psychosocial interventions to adults in the community with mental health illness.
**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Provide evidence-based psychological and psychosocial interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of adults within a Recovery Framework.
- Review the comprehensive mental health assessment completed by the assessor clinician. As appropriate, provide updates to the assessment including mental state examination, risk assessment, and case formulation. Further review the initial treatment plans for the clients and updates as may be required.
- Consider the development, implementation and evaluation of clients’ treatment plans in collaboration with the clients themselves, family members, other stakeholders in their care, including professional input from the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Essential Criteria
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work with full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the AASW.
- Minimum 1 year experience of clinical practice field (excluding placements) within the mental health providing high quality triage, assessment and evidence based psychological interventions where required.
- Demonstrated ability to collaboratively plan and coordinate a comprehensive bio-psychosocial approach and interventions to meet the needs of clients.
- Ability to work independently or with professional supervision from more senior members of the profession or health team when performing novel, complex, or critical tasks
- Ability and compliance to maintain documentation of clinical care and actively contribute to clinical review processes and planning for clients within a recovery framework.
- Demonstrated commitment or willingness to continue professional development, contribute to workplace education through clinical supervision, training and education through the provision of seminars, lectures or in-services.
- Current NSW Driver’s License
