NDIS Support Worker - Appointment Support (Lalor VIC)

Location: Unit 2/112 Mount View Rd, Lalor VIC 3075 (Back Unit)
Date Needed: Tuesday, 14th October
Time: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM (3 hours)
Destination: Lalor to Flemington

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate NDIS Support Worker to assist a 55-year-old male participant with early-onset dementia in attending his regular medical appointment.

Duties:
Provide transport from Lalor to Flemington and return
Offer companionship and support during the appointment
Ensure participant’s safety and comfort throughout the trip

Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
Experience supporting participants with dementia or cognitive conditions is a plus
Friendly, patient, and reliable

Note: Support hours may increase once everything is set and ongoing arrangements are confirmed.

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
