Assets & Facilities Coordinator

The Shire of Collie is seeking a motivated, suitably qualified and enthusiastic Asset & Facilities Coordinator to join the Operations Directorate.

Key responsibilities of the position will include:

- Leading integrated Asset & Facilities planning and delivery of the works program aligned to strategic priorities
- Developing and implementing long-term asset management frameworks supporting financial sustainability
- Managing asset data, systems (including RAMM), and ensuring compliance, integrity, and reporting
- Overseeing heavy fleet lifecycle, renewal programs, and associated budgets
- Driving continuous improvement, system integration, and stakeholder engagement across asset and facilities functions

To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience in asset and facilities management within a Local Government or similar environment, with solid knowledge of fleet and plant management, asset lifecycle planning, and data-driven decision making. You will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365,



and proven experience using RAMM or similar asset management systems, alongside a strong focus on continuous improvement.

An attractive remuneration package up to $110,000 will be offered based on skills and experience, with a base cash salary of up to $96, 000 plus allowances. Residing within the Shire of Collie will be highly regarded but is not essential, and a housing allowance will be offered for such.
