The Shire of Collie is seeking a motivated, suitably qualified and enthusiastic Technical Services Coordinator to join the Operations Directorate.

Key responsibilities of the position will include:

- Coordinating technical services including civil design, developer services, infrastructure investigations, and reporting
- Managing customer requests and service delivery across civil works, technical services, and parks and gardens
- Leading and supporting Technical and Project Officers while overseeing design, specifications, programs, and costings
- Maintaining asset data (including RAMM) and supporting asset management planning and bridge inspection programs
- Managing procurement, contracts, capital works projects, and providing technical advice to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in coordinating and delivering civil engineering works, including roads, drainage and infrastructure maintenance, along with proven supervisory capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will demonstrate robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills, sound knowledge of tendering and traffic management,



and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, with Local Government experience and familiarity with RAMM or similar systems highly regarded.

An attractive remuneration package up to $110,000 will be offered based on skills and experience, with a base cash salary of up to $96, 000 plus allowances. Residing within the Shire of Collie will be highly regarded but is not essential, and a housing allowance will be offered for such.
