Euphoria Support Services is seeking reliable, caring and professional Casual Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants across Albury, Wodonga and surrounding areas.

We provide person-centred support that helps participants build independence, stay connected with their community and receive quality support in their day-to-day lives.

About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you may assist participants with:

- Community access and social participation
- In-home support and daily living tasks
- Transport to appointments, activities and community outings
- Personal care, where required
- Skill building and independence support
- Meal preparation, household tasks and routine support
- Following support plans and participant preferences
- Completing shift notes and reporting any concerns

This is a casual role, starting at approximately 8–10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 25+ hours per week for the right person as participant needs grow.

Shifts may include weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on participant needs.

- Reliable, respectful and professional
- Patient, caring and person-centred
- Confident communicating with participants, families and the team
- Able to follow support plans and workplace policies
- Comfortable working independently in the community or participant homes
- Able to maintain privacy, dignity and professional boundaries




- Willing to learn and complete required onboarding

Experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, community services or similar is preferred, but we may consider the right person with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check, where required
- First Aid and CPR
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Right to work in Australia

Pay

The starting rate is $40.00 per hour.

After successfully completing the first 3 months, the rate increases to $43.23 per hour.

Weekend shifts attract applicable penalty rates in line with the relevant award and employment conditions.
