About the Role
We’re seeking dedicated and reliable Community Support Workers to join our growing team. In this casual role, you’ll provide direct in-home and community-based care to help clients live meaningful, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support in home and community settings
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support social participation, transport, and community access
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe equipment use
- Follow care plans and report changes in client needs
- Maintain clear documentation and progress notes
- Promote dignity, safety, and inclusion at all times

What We’re Looking For

- Compassionate, respectful, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Reliable transport (essential for traveling between clients)

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- OR
- Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services

OR





- 2nd year or higher in Nursing/Allied Health degree
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check (within last 3 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current flu vaccination (evidence via Medicare)
- Smartphone for app-based rostering and communication
