- With two recently renovated outdoor play areas, each with undercover spaces - including a large sandpit and a bike track - children have plenty of space to explore, create and lead their own play.

**About the Role**

Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- Early Childhood Teacher (preferable) or Diploma qualified
- Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader
- Team-based,



collaborative approach to your practices
- Ability to communicate and connect with families.
