Open Sky Disability Services is seeking a Female Hybrid Team Leader to support daily operations and provide direct participant support within a Supported Independent Living home in South Guildford.
Requirements:
- Female applicants only, due to participant care needs and privacy requirements
- Experience in disability support or SIL environment
- Leadership or team leader experience preferred
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or similar preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate valid within 1 year
- Medication competency
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
Pay: $33.00 – $45.00 per hour
