As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a passionate, energetic, and bubbly Head Barista/Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As the Head Barista/Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our barista team, ensuring the highest standards of coffee preparation and customer service. You'll be responsible for training staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining the cafe’s high standards. We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of baristas to deliver exceptional coffee and customer service.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the cafe maintains cleanliness and organisation.
Manage inventory and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Train recent staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Maintain and repair coffee equipment as needed.
Create a positive and inclusive work setting.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Robust knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Energetic, bubbly personality with a passion for creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
Experience with inventory management and staff training.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
